Useful tips: Store at room temperature, away from light and heat sources. After opening, keep the jar tightly closed and store at refrigeration temperature.
Beneficial Properties: Plum is a fruit with significant diuretic, draining and depurative actions as it is made up of 85% water. In addition to this, plums contain minerals (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium) it has remineralizing and invigorating benefits.
Production process: Upon receipt of the raw material a number of checks are performed to ensure reliability and compliance of the product. Preparation method in accordance with indications of the company and the HACCP plan. Filling and hermetic sealing which ensure the protection from any adverse effects of external origin. Heat treatment, labelling and packaging of the finish product.

FoodEat prepares its plum jam rigorously following ancient traditional recipes with top-quality selected fruit. The slow-cooking at low temperature manages to maintain and enhance the aroma and flavour of the fruit. We minimize the use of sugar not to affect the delicate and natural flavour of plums, as well as making it a healthy product for our body. We prepare our jams with 130g of fruit per 100g of the finished product.
